How I work with Clients

Per Project (recommended)

Starting at $300

For new clients, I offer a one-time introductory rate. It’s a simple way to test the waters with a one-off email campaign, ad, or landing page. I also request a 15% commission on revenue generated from my copy. The commission ensures we both have skin in the game — I’m as invested in your success as you are.

FAQ’s

  • I bring a heart-first approach when speaking to your audience. Research is the foundation of everything I write—because the right words come from real conversations and real emotions. After deep audience digging, I craft messaging that mirrors what your customers are already thinking and feeling.

Most clients are surprised by how naturally I sound like their audience. At that point, I kind of am.

  • I spend hours diving deep into research before writing a single word. I study your brand, past emails, and content to fully capture your tone of voice. Then I create a detailed avatar of your target audience and answer the exact questions they’re currently struggling with. Every line I write is dedicated to that avatar—as if I’m speaking directly to your customer.

Most copywriters rely on creative briefs and guess what will resonate. I don’t guess—I listen. By uncovering the precise language your audience uses, I write copy that feels familiar to them and moves them to act.

This is how I find the pulse of your market and why my copy converts—it speaks from the voice of your customer, not your marketing team.

  • This isn’t the right fit if you’re looking for an hourly copywriter. My focus is on creating value and measurable results—not just filling time.

Unless you’re looking to bring me on full-time, I can’t allocate large ongoing blocks of time to a single client. That’s why I work off a value-based system instead. If you prefer an hourly structure, this probably isn’t the best fit—and that’s completely okay.

  • If you’re interested in working together, we’ll start with a quick call to get to know each other and discuss your goals. This helps me understand what you’re envisioning and how I can bring it to life.

After our call, I’ll request any materials you have—like briefs, past emails, or customer research. If you don’t have those, no worries. I’ll still conduct my own research into your brand’s tone of voice and audience insights to ensure accuracy and alignment.

From there, I’ll create a project outline. For example, if we’re working on an email campaign, I’ll share potential subject lines so you can see the creative direction early on. The same applies to other projects—whether it’s landing page headlines, blog post keywords, or ad hooks.

Once the copy is fully written, I’ll send it to you for review. We’ll refine it together until you’re fully confident and excited to launch.

  • Absolutely. I’m open to collaborating with agencies—whether that’s on a freelance basis or through a full-time copywriting position. If your agency is looking for someone who can blend psychology, storytelling, and strategy to create high-performing copy, I’d love to connect.

  • I just ask that you provide access to any relevant data — things like analytics (open and conversion rates), customer research, or creative briefs for the project. This helps me understand what’s already working and how I can improve it.

I also appreciate open communication during the revision process so we can fine-tune the copy until it feels spot-on for your brand.

Other than that, you can leave the research, writing, and creative strategy to me.

  • I primarily use email to stay in touch with clients, but I’m also open to communicating through Slack or Google Meet when needed.

You can expect a response from me within 1–2 business days. While I don’t stay on Slack around the clock, I make sure every message I send is thoughtful and moves the project forward.

My goal is to understand everything clearly during our initial conversation, so our communication stays focused and productive—no endless back-and-forth needed.
